Donor fund came in the name of the needy subject to embezzlement in “broader day and Light by CCRDA

According to the undisclosed source from CCRDA, CCRDA executive director boasts of collecting 8 million reserve funds but the source is by preparing false reports and fooling donors. For the example the CCRDA reported as if 96 data collectors were employed , when only 20 data collectors employed for Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation Researech project and as if a three day training given when a half-day training conducted, etc all this raising the expenditure report. The executive director ordered the finance team to prepare a zero balance report and officially signed and sent this fake report. According to the source from the CCRDA this completely fake not 96 data collectors employed for data collection and the report of $11,666 spending is a total cheating and false. According to Monitoring and Evaluation officer and resigned CCRDA finance officer due to lack of internal monitoring and close supervision by the donors, fake budget utilization report is a norm in every project of CCRDA like Packard ,Bread for the world ,DCA ,EU- Civil Society.RIF Minster of health Fund ,Action Aid , CORE Group and etc Even when donors insist on closely supervising the expenditure of the particular funds they have provided .Such supervision is not an obstacle to the enterprising fiddler who knows the meaning of the word ‘fungibility .
